What I did
Actions Taken
Production Planning & Launch Orders
Defined and drove the Master Production Schedule (PDP) in coordination with the Industrial Director and Customer Service. Responsible for initiating production launch requests to the planning department — translating demand and stock status into concrete manufacturing orders.
Operator Priority Management
Communicated daily production priorities directly to operators on the shopfloor — adjusting sequencing in real time based on supply availability, urgency of orders, and customer commitments.
Weekly Supply Chain Coordination
Led weekly cross-functional meetings with procurement and supply chain teams to anticipate shortages and realign delivery schedules.
Weekly Stock Monitoring & Reporting
Built and maintained a structured weekly reporting system with full visibility across the supply pipeline.
Power BI Dashboard — connected to SAP HANA
Developed a real-time production performance dashboard enabling dynamic priority adjustments and data-driven decisions at the shopfloor level.
Input on Logistics Mode Selection
Contributed to transport mode decisions (air vs. sea freight) by providing production-side visibility — lead times, urgency levels, and shopfloor impact — enabling supply chain and management to make informed trade-offs between cost and delivery performance.
